2. What are the shipping options and costs? Our UK delivery options are:
- Express Shipping: 3–6 business days — £20
- Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days — £0 (free on orders over the qualifying amount, displayed at checkout)
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days — £10 (if below free shipping threshold)
Estimates may vary slightly due to carriers, weather, or peak seasons.
3. How long does delivery take?
- Express: 3–6 business days
- Standard / Free Standard: 7–14 business days
Business days exclude weekends and UK public holidays. Tracking details are emailed once your order ships.
4. Do you offer free shipping? Yes! Free Standard Shipping (7–14 business days) applies to orders meeting our minimum threshold — it's clearly shown during checkout.
5. What is your return policy? We want you to love your purchase. Returns accepted for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Customer pays return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Visit our Returns page for full instructions.
6. How do I track my order? You'll receive a tracking number and link via email upon shipment. Check status anytime in your VelmontWear account under "My Orders".
